What is happening:
What you will see on the day –
- Amazing stalls ranging from arts and crafts, food, fashion, gifts and so much more
- Magical Santa’s Grotto
- Children’s activities
- Festive food and drink
- Live entertainment
Join us for two days of Christmas magic, amazing stalls, festive food, fundraising, and community spirit and know that you are directly helping to support the animals in our care.

Please note: Catering is defined as stalls that prepare and serve food and/or drinks on site such as burgers, curry, hot drinks etc., this doesn’t include cake & sweet stalls.
Additional Extras:
Please note: gazebos are not available for catering vendors.
We will ask to see current food hygiene certificates and any public liability insurance docs as well as your risk assessment.
How to Book a stall:
- Simply call: 0116 224 2433 and pay over the phone OR
- Pick up a Christmas Market form from Woodside’s Reception, fill it in and pay at the till OR
- Download a form, fill it in and email it to:

You’ll receive a call back to allow payment over the phone.
